Abstract

Konkurentnost i adaptabilnost prioritet su svakog današnjeg poduzeća. U procesu organizacijskih promjena, poduzeća prolaze kroz interne promjene u kojima se mnoga od njih teško snalaze, osobito mala poduzeća koja nemaju dovoljno razvijenu infrastrukturu, pristup financiranju i stručno vodstvo. No, bez obzira na to, mala poduzeća su se zbog određenih ključnih činitelja pokazala kao vrlo fleksibilna, što olakšava prilagodbu na proces organizacijskih promjena. Prvi dio rada opisuje temeljna obilježja, razloge i specifičnosti organizacijskih promjena, faze, modele i ključne činitelje organizacijskih promjena u malim poduzećima te analizira izvore otpora te načine smanjivanja otpora u procesu provođenja promjena. Fokus rada je isticanje vrijednosti malih poduzeća u gospodarstvu u svrhu jačanja svijesti kako je za mala poduzeća ipak teži proces provođenja i upravljanja organizacijskim promjenama nego za velika poduzeća. Empirijskim istraživanjem kroz anketni upitnik ispitani su stavovi zaposlenika malog poduzeća o promjenama uvedenim primjenom novog poslovnog modela. Istraživanje je provedeno krajem kolovoza, te je anketni upitnik ispunio 51 od ukupno 60 zaposlenika. Istraživanjem se ispitalo zadovoljstvo zaposlenika uvedenom promjenom, eventualni otpor prema promjenama te su izvršene usporedbe postojanja eventualnih razlika u prihvaćanju ili zadovoljstvu promjenama s obzirom na spol, dob, rang ili obrazovanje. Rezultati istraživanja pokazali su kako su ispitanici generalno zadovoljni uvedenim promjenama, te smatraju da se provedena promjena poklapa s prioritetima organizacije. Svakako se javila i određena razina otpora i straha od potencijalnog gubitka radnog mjesta, a ispitanici su pozitivno reagirali na nove alate i metode rada koji olakšavaju svakodnevno poslovanje i bilježenje rezultata.

Abstract (english)

Competitiveness and adaptability are a priority of every company today. In the process of organizational change, companies go through tectonic internal changes in which many of them find it difficult to cope, especially small companies that do not have a sufficiently developed infrastructure, access to finance and professional leadership. Nevertheless, small businesses have proven to be very flexible due to certain key factors, making it easier to adapt to the process of organizational change. The first part of this final thesis describes the basic features, reasons and specifics of organizational change, phases, models and key factors of organizational change in small businesses and analyzes the sources of resistance and ways to reduce resistance in the process of implementing change. The focus of the paper is to emphasize the value of small enterprises in the economy in order to raise awareness that for small enterprises the process of implementing and managing organizational change is more difficult than for large companies. Empirical research through a questionnaire examined the attitudes of 60 small business employees about the changes introduced by the application of the new business model, and the attitudes of small business owners through an in-depth interview. The survey was conducted at the end of August, and the survey questionnaire was completed by 51 employees. The survey examined employee satisfaction with the change, possible resistance to change, and made comparisons of the existence of possible differences in acceptance or satisfaction with the changes with respect to gender, age, rank or education. The results of the research showed that the respondents are generally satisfied with the introduced changes, and believe that the implemented change coincides with the priorities of the organization. Certainly, there was a certain level of resistance and fear of potential job loss, and respondents responded positively to new tools and methods of work that facilitate daily business and recording results.
