Abstract

U današnjem svijetu digitalne transformacije koji svakodnevno donosi inovacije u računalnoj tehnologiji teško je zamisliti život bez umjetne inteligencije. Može se reći da je prisutna u svakom segmentu poslovanja, u određenom intenzitetu. U ovom radu će se razmotriti utjecaj umjetne inteligencije u financijskom sektoru, odnosno sektoru bankarstva i kako se on mijenja zbog velikog utjecaja razvoja tehnologije. Govorit će se i o promjeni poslovnih modela financijskih institucija koje koriste umjetnu inteligenciju u segmentima online plaćanja, upravljanja računima, odobravanju kredita, kao i nedostacima automatizacije takvih procesa. Promjene se događaju i u interakciji s korisnicima gdje se javlja velika uloga kognitivnog računalstva, poput IBM-ovog Watsona koji olakšava komunikaciju s korisnicima i analizu njihovih podataka i odgovora. Na kraju provedeno je istraživanje gdje su ispitanici izjavili svoje stavove o korištenju inteligentnih agenata koji se primjenjuju u bankarstvu i dijeljenju informaciju s njima gdje je uočena određena nesigurnost u pogledu suživota u budućnosti s umjetnom inteligencijom i spremnosti prihvaćanja savjeta umjetne inteligencije u vezi ulaganja u dionice i sl.

Abstract (english)

In today’s world of digital transformation that brings daily innovations in computer technology, it is hard to imagine life without artificial intelligence. It can be said that it is present in every business segment, in a certain intensity. This paper will consider the impact of artificial intelligence in the financial sector, i.e., the banking sector, and how it is changing due to the large impact of technology development. There will also be a discussion about the changes in business models of financial institutions that use artificial intelligence in the segments of online payments, account management, credit approval, etc. Negative side effects of these changes will also be mentioned. Changes also occur in user interaction where the large role of cognitive computing can be seen, such as IBM’s Watson which facilitates communication with users and analyses their data and responses. Finally, a survey was conducted where respondents expressed their views on the use of intelligent agents applied in banking and sharing information with AI where some uncertainty was observed regarding future coexistence with artificial intelligence and willingness to accept its advice in regards to trading etc.
