Abstract

Informacijska tehnologija djeluje na segmente društvenih i privatnih života te je osnova za što uspješnije funkcioniranje poduzetništva. Naime, u današnje vrijeme je nepojmljivo da institucije ne koriste razne mogućnosti koje nudi informacijska tehnologija. Ova je tehnologija generator promjena u svim sferama društva. Cilj diplomskog rada jest ukazati na koji način informacijske tehnologije utječu na razvoj poduzetništva. U teorijskom dijelu rada istražena su i opisana obilježja poduzetništva općenito te poduzetništva u turizmu. Također, radom se nastoji pobliže objasniti pojam, obilježja i vrste avanturističkog turizma te razvoj i trendovi avanturističkog turizma u Hrvatskoj. Avanturistički turizam je vrsta turizma koja u posljednje vrijeme postaje sve popularnija. To je vrsta turizma u prirodi koja obuhvaća određeni rizik, fizičko opterećivanje te potrebu za kvalificiranom vještinom. Cilj je i definirati informacijske tehnologije, opisati njihov razvoj te objasniti koja je uloga informacijskih tehnologija u turizmu. Metode istraživanja korištene u radu jesu: metoda deskripcije, metoda klasifikacije, metoda komparacije, metoda analize, metoda anketiranja, statistička metoda te metoda uzoraka. Nakon teorijskog dijela slijedi empirijski dio koji se odnosi na istraživanje utjecaja informacijskih tehnologija i poduzetništva na avanturistički turizam. Napravljena je anketa u obliku Google Forms aplikacije. U istraživanju je sudjelovalo 70 ispitanika. Cilj istraživanja je utvrditi i ispitati na koji način sudionici ocjenjuju utjecaj informacijske tehnologije i poduzetništva na avanturistički turizam. Nastoji se preispitati postoji li interes za avanturistički turizam te u kojoj mjeri se promovira avanturistički turizam. Također bi se ispitalo koji je utjecaj poduzetništva na avanturistički turizam. Na kraju su izneseni rezultati anketnog istraživanja.

Abstract (english)

Information technology affects various segments of social and private life and it is the basis for a successful functioning of entrepreneurship. Namely, nowadays it is essential for institutions to use various possibilities offered by information technology. This technology is a generator of change in all spheres of society. The aim of the thesis is to indicate how information technology affects the development of entrepreneurship. In the theoretical part of the paper, the characteristics of entrepreneurship in general and entrepreneurship in tourism are investigated and described. The paper also seeks to explain in more detail the concept, characteristics and types of adventure tourism and the development and trends of adventure tourism in Croatia. Adventure tourism is a type tourism that has recently become increasingly popular. It is a type of nature tourism that includes a certain risk, physical exertion and the need for specialized skills. The aim is to define information technology, describe its development and explain the role of information technology in tourism. The research methods used in the paper are: description method, classification method, comparison method, analysis method, survey method, statistical method and sample method. The theoretical part is followed by an empirical part related to the research of the impact of information technology and entrepreneurship on adventure tourism. A survey was created in the form of a Google Forms questionnaire. 70 respondents participated in the study. The aim of the research is to determine and examine how participants assess the impact of information technology and entrepreneurship on adventure tourism. It also seeks to examine whether there is interest in adventure tourism and the extent to which adventure tourism is promoted. The paper examines the impact of entrepreneurship on adventure tourism as well. Finally, the results of the survey are presented.
