Abstract

Suvremeni trendovi zelene tranzicije u gospodarstvu prisutni su i u građevinskom sektoru kroz poboljšanu energetsku učinkovitost i primjenu ekoloških standarda gradnje. Upravo zato izgradnja montažnih kuća, predstavlja svojevrsni standard za postizanje građevinskog segmenta održivog razvoja. Niskoenergetske montažne kuće zadovoljavaju standarde održivog razvoja kroz energetski, ekološki pa i ekonomski aspekt izgradnje. Navedena tri aspekta, biti će detaljno obrađena u ovom radu, te će kroz multidisciplinarni znanstveni pristup biti opisane i obrazložene prednosti suvremene montažne gradnje, ali i određeni nedostaci u odnosu na tradicionalnu gradnju. Detaljno će biti prikazana energetska učinkovitost i materijali koji se koriste u montažnoj gradnji, ekološki benefiti takvog modela gradnje, mogućnosti upotrebe obnovljivih izvora energije, te financijska analiza i ekonomska isplativost suvremenih montažnih kuća. U završnom dijelu rada biti će izrađena i studija slučaja na primjeru niskoenergetske montažne kuće „Lara“, gdje će prethodno iznesene teoretske spoznaje biti analizirane na praktičnom primjeru spomenute kuće.

Abstract (english)

Modern trends of green transition are present in construction sector through improved energy efficiency and usage of ecological standards in constructing and building. Because of that, constructing prefabricated houses represents a good standard for achieving a construction segment of sustainable development. Low energy prefabricated houses satisfy standards of sustainable development through energy-efficient, ecologic and also economic aspect. These three aspects will be thoroughly explained through the multidisciplinary scientific approach. All the benefits and some of the shortcomings of modern prefabricated way of constructing will be explained in this paper. The energy efficiency, materials, economic benefits, possibilities of using renewable sources of energy and both financial and economic analysis will all be showed in detail here. At the end of the paper, there will be a case study about a low energy prefabricated house „Lara“ in which all the previously explained factors will be analyzed in a practical example of the house.
