Abstract

U ovom završnom radu obrađena je tema obiteljskog poduzetništva; njegovog nastanka, životnog ciklusa i nasljeđivanja. Cilj ovog rada je prikazati obiteljska poduzeća, način na koji oni funkcioniraju i posluju, njihove zaposlenike, prednosti i nedostatke. Za izradu ovoga rada korištena je znanstvena i stručna literatura kako bi se prikazala obiteljska poduzeća iz svijeta, a za potrebe prikazivanja obiteljskih poduzeća u Hrvatskoj proveden je intervju s obiteljskim ugostiteljskim objektom „Hrga Grill“. Iz rada se može zaključiti da su u današnje vrijeme obiteljska poduzeća prepoznata kao važni dionici svjetske ekonomije, te da je njihov razvoj ključan za razvoj poduzetništva u globalu.

Abstract (english)

In this final paper, the topic of family entrepreneurship is addressed; its origin, life cycle, and inheritance. Purpose of this paper is to present family businesses, the way they function and operate, their employees, advantages and disadvantages. Scientific and professional literature was used to present this work in order to present family businesses from around the world, and for the purpose of presenting family businesses in Croatia, an interview was conducted with the family restaurant "Hrga Grill". It can be concluded from the paper that nowadays family businesses are recognized as important stakeholders in the world economy, and that their development is crucial for the development of entrepreneurship globally.
