Abstract

Cilj ovoga rada je prikazati važnost razvoja zgradarstva kroz utjecaj na okoliš i gospodarstvo s posebnim osvrtom na energetsku obnovu višestambenih zgrada. Energetska učinkovitost u zgradarstvu područje je koje ima najveći potencijal za smanjenje ukupne potrošnje energije što dovodi do kvalitetnijeg boravka u stambenim zgradama te produžuje životni vijek istih. Održiva gradnja predstavlja jedan od najznačajnijih segmenata održivog razvoja i uključuje sljedeće: uporabu građevinskog materijala koji nije štetan po okoliš, energetsku učinkovitost zgrada i gospodarenje otpadom od gradnje i rušenja građevina. Kroz grafikone i tablice prikazana je usporedba Hrvatske sa Rumunjskom i Litvom, postignute stope obnove i ušteda, resursi koji su u to uloženi te projekcije koje se očekuju u budućnosti. Navedene države su odabrane za usporedbu radi sličnog ekonomskog stanja u državama i mogućnostima napretka u području zgradarstva.

Abstract (english)

The aim of this paper is to show the importance of building development through environmental and economic impact with special attention to the energy renovation of multi-apartment buildings. Energy efficiency in buildings is the area with the greatest potential to reduce overall energy consumption, which leads to a better stay in residential buildings and extends the lifespan of them.Sustainable construction represents one of the most important segments of sustainable development and includes the following: the use of building materials that are not harmful to the environment, the energy efficiency of buildings and the management of waste from the construction and demolition of buildings. The charts and tables show croatia's comparison with Romania and Lithuania, the renovation and savings rates achieved, the resources invested in it, and the projections expected in the future.These countries were selected for comparison due to the similar economic situation in the states and the possibilities of progress in the field of building.
