Abstract

Ovim radom obuhvaćeni su elementi međunarodnih standarda projektnog menadžmenta, konkretnije PMI i IPMA standardi, u infrastrukturnim projektima financiranim bespovratnim sredstvima Europske unije. Izrađene su dvije studije slučaja u kojima su analizirani elementi pojedinih standarda, važnost njihove primjene te utjecaj na tijek i ciljeve projekata, gdje su za usporedbu uzeta dva istovjetna projekta iz infrastrukturne domene kako bi se pokazalo kako su prisutnost, odnosno izostanak pojedinog elementa utjecali na problematiku u provedbi, ali i njenu uspješnost. Pošto su za provedbu europskih projekata propisane jasne smjernice i pravila koja ne podliježu nijednom međunarodno priznatom standardu projektnog menadžmenta, ovim se radom htjelo ukazati na njihovu neisključivost i važnost primjene u realizaciji projekata takve vrste.

Abstract (english)

This paper covers elements of international project management standards, more specifically PMI and IPMA standards, in infrastructure projects funded by European Union grants. Two case studies were made in which the elements of individual standards, the importance of their application and the impact on the course and objectives of projects were analyzed, where two identical projects in the infrastructure domain were taken for comparison to show how the presence or absence of each element affected the issue in implementation, but also its success. Since clear guidelines and rules are prescribed for the implementation of European projects, which are not subject to any internationally recognized standard of project management, this paper wanted to point out their non-exclusivity and importance of application in the implementation of such projects.
