Abstract

Covid-19 pandemija je zbog svoje prirode drastično promijenila dinamiku radnog
okruženja unutar gotovo svakog poduzeća. Radnici i poslodavci su bili prisiljeni
promijeniti svoju radnu okolinu i prilagoditi se radu od kuće. Rad od kuće više nije
predstavljao klasični fleksibilni radni aranžman dizajniran sa svrhom da radniku omogući
fleksibilnost i autonomiju u poslovanju, već je postao jedini način za daljnji rad.
Cilj ovog istraživanja je bio ukazati na teorijske pristupe u poimanju fleksibilnog radnog
aranžmana rada od kuće te istražiti odnos između rada od kuće i radne angažiranosti.
Također je ispitano na koji način je rad od kuće utjecao s obzirom na način na koji je
uveden. Anketnim upitnikom je prikupljen uzorak od 47 zaposlenika koji su uključeni u
empirijsku analizu. Pitanja su bila vezana za osnovne demografske varijable ispitanika,
kako ispitanik radi od kuće i pitanja vezana uz pojedine elemente radne angažiranosti.
Kroz regresijsku i korelacijsku analizu utvrđeno je da postoji negativna povezanost rada od
kuće i radne angažiranosti radnika po svim elementima radne angažiranosti, no nije
utvrđena razlika u radnoj angažiranosti između zaposlenika kojima je rad od kuće
nametnut u odnosu na one kojima nije nametnut.

Abstract (english)

Due to its nature, the Covid-19 pandemic has drastically changed the dynamics of the
work environment within almost every company. Workers and employers were forced to
change their work environment and adjust to working from home. Working from home
was no longer a classic flexible work arrangement designed with the purpose of giving the
worker flexibility and autonomy in business, but became the only way to continue
working.
The aim of this research was to point out the theoretical approaches in understanding
the flexible work arrangement of work from home and to investigate the relationship
between work from home and work engagement. It also examined how work from home
was affected given the way it was introduced. The survey questionnaire collected a sample
of 47 employees who were included in the empirical analysis. The questions were related
to the basic demographic variables of the candidate, how the candidate works from home
and questions related to certain elements of work engagement. Through regression and
correlation analysis, it was found that there is a negative relationship between work from
home and work engagement of workers in all elements of work engagement, but no
difference in work engagement was found between employees for whom work from home
was imposed compared to those who were not.
