Abstract

Teorije rasta u proteklim desetljećima uzele su veliku važnost za ekonomije diljem svijeta. U Republici Hrvatskoj se trenutno susrećemo sa migracijama, padom nataliteta, pandemija krizom, izazovima privlačenja investitora i ostalim unakrsnim asimetrijama politike, informacija i razvoja. Od Solow do Romerovog modela, divergencije u gospodarstvima poprimaju kompleksan rezultat gdje ne postoji unificirani model sa kojim možemo odrediti važnost za daljnji rast odabranog gospodarstva, ali jedno je sigurno, ljudski kapital je važna karakteristika svake privrede jer sve kreće od ljudi. Ljudski kapital je izumitelj ekonomija, ideja, tehnologije i teorija rasta, a jedino ga možemo mjeriti obrazovanjem jer ne postoji mjera za kulturu, karakter, motivaciju, ambiciju i ostalo. Ekonometrijskom analizom se pokazalo da ljudski kapital utječe na realni BDP Republike Hrvatske, a što bi potaklo razvoj Hrvatskog gospodarstva i koji su prijedlozi politika, čitatelji mogu saznati u radu.

Abstract (english)

Growth theories over the past decades have taken on great importance for economies around the world. In the Republic of Croatia, we are currently facing migration, falling birth rates, pandemics, crises, challenges of attracting investors and other cross-asymmetries of policy, information and development. From Solow to Romero's model, divergences in economies take on a complex result where there is no unified model with which we can determine importance for further growth of the chosen economy, but one thing is for sure, human capital is an important characteristic of any economy because everything starts from people. Human capital is the inventor of economies, ideas, technologies and theories of growth, and we can only measure it by education because there is no measure of culture, character, motivation, ambition and so on. Econometric analysis has shown that human capital affects the real GDP of the Republic of Croatia, and what would encourage the development of the Croatian economy and what are the policy proposals, readers can find out in the paper.
