Abstract
Ovaj rad nastoji otkriti optimalni obrazac rada za uredske radnike koji imaju mogućnost rada na daljinu. Trenutna pandemija COVID-19 prisilila je uredske radnike da rade od kuće kako bi smanjili prijenos virusa. Tijekom tog razdoblja, istraživanja su pokazala želju za naprednijim hibridnim obrascem rada. Međutim, nije detaljno objašnjeno što će ovaj obrazac kompromitirati. Ovaj rad nastoji pronaći odgovor. Anketirano je 102 sudionika iz 10 različitih zemalja u 35 različitih industrija. Rezultati su analizirani gledajući brojne metrike, uključujući: dob, spol, razinu posla, industriju i zemlju zanimanja. Za svaku metriku rezultati su razmatrani sa budućim implikacijama za radnike i menadžere. Očekuje se da će ova studija pomoći i menadžerima i zaposlenicima u napretku. Nadamo se da će ova studija pomoći menadžerima da bolje razumiju stajališta svojih zaposlenika, a ponajviše se nadamo da će ova studija menadžerima naglasiti da postoje razlike u stavovima zaposlenika na temelju različitih metrika, npr. dob, spol itd. Ako menadžeri mogu bolje razumjeti ovo, nada se se da mogu poboljšati razinu motivacije zaposlenika. Za zaposlenike se nada da će ova studija omogućiti da se njihovi stavovi pokažu sadašnjim i budućim menadžerima. Mogućnost redovitog rada od kuće može dovesti do bolje ravnoteže između posla i života, što će omogućiti zaposlenicima da bolje usklade poslovne i kućne obveze, npr. obiteljski zahtjevi.
