Abstract

Multinacionalno poduzeće je oblik međunarodnog sustava koji je zadužen za obavljanje poslovnih operacija velikih razmjera diljem svijeta. Ono što uvelike karakterizira današnja poduzeća je mogućnost društveno odgovornog načina poslovanja. S obzirom na sve izraženije posljedice klimatskih promjena, briga za okoliš i zajednicu je postala sve važniji segment poslovanja. Sukladno tome, društveno odgovorni način poslovanja se sve više razvija, a brojna ugledna poduzeća se sve više okreću takvom načinu poslovanja. Multinacionalna korporacija na kojoj će se promatrati društveno odgovorno poslovanje je Volkswagen grupa, vodeća svjetska autoindustrija. Za Volkswagen grupu odgovorno poslovanje znači istodobno i s jednakom energijom ostvarivanje ekonomskih, društvenih i ekoloških ciljeva. Njihov je cilj stvoriti trajne vrijednosti, ponuditi dobre radne uvjete i očuvati resurse i okoliš. Dva promatrana poduzeća unutar Volkswagen grupe, na kojima se radi istraživanje razlika društvene odgovornosti su Porsche AG te Bugatti. Oba poduzeća svoju društvenu odgovornost usmjeravaju na zaposlenike, okoliš, zajednicu i društvu u cjelini. Njihov je cilj stvoriti trajne vrijednosti, ponuditi dobre radne uvjete i očuvati resurse i okoliš. S postavljenim konceptom održivosti žele osigurati da se prilike i rizici povezani s njihovim ekološkim, društvenim i upravljačkim aktivnostima identificiraju što je prije moguće u svakoj fazi procesa stvaranja vrijednosti.

Abstract (english)

A multinational company is a form of international system that is in charge of conducting large- scale business operations around the world. What largely characterizes today's companies is the possibility of a socially responsible way of doing business. Given the growing consequences of climate change, caring for the environment and the community has become an increasingly important business segment. Accordingly, the socially responsible way of doing business is developing more and more, and many reputable companies are increasingly turning to such a way of doing business. The multinational corporation that will look at 'socially responsible business' is the Volkswagen Group, the world's leading automotive industry. For Volkswagen, responsible business means achieving economic, social and environmental goals at the same time and with equal energy. Their goal is to create lasting values, offer good working conditions and preserve resources and the environment. The two observed companies within the Volkswagen Group, which are researching the differences in social responsibility, are Porsche AG and Bugatti. Both companies focus their social responsibility on employees, the environment, the community and society as a whole. Their goal is to create lasting values, offer good working conditions and preserve resources and the environment. With the established concept of sustainability, they want to ensure that the opportunities and risks associated with their environmental, social and management activities are identified as soon as possible at each stage of the value creation process.
