Abstract
Digitalna transformacija te primjena modernih tehnologija znatno su utjecale na brzinu razvoja informacijskih tehnologija te njihovu primjenu u svakodnevnom životu i poslovanju ljudi i organizaciija. Ono što je ERP-om omogućeno jest automatizacija monotonih manualnih informacijskih i poslovnih procesa koji zaposlenicima oduzimaju vrijeme.
