Abstract
Financijski izvještaji su strukturirani prikaz financijskog položaja i financijske uspješnosti subjekta. Cilj financijskih izvještaja je pružiti informacije o financijskom položaju, financijskoj uspješnosti i novčanim tijekovima poslovnog subjekta koje su korisne širokom krugu korisnika u donošenju ekonomskih odluka. Cilj ovog rada je prikazati tko su obveznici sastavljanja godišnjih financijskih izvještaja te tko su korisnici tih izvještaja. Mali, srednji i veliki poduzetnici su obveznici sastavljanja godišnjih financijskih izvještaja. U najvažnije korisnike financijskih izvještaja ubrajaju se osim investitora, kupci, dobavljači, zaposlenici, tijela državne uprave.
