Abstract

Nabava je proces kupnje dobara i usluga potrebnih organizaciji. Uključuje sve, od identificiranja dobavljača i pregovora do upravljanja ugovorima i konačne kupnje robe/usluga. Postoje tri vrste nabave - izravna, neizravna i usluge. Nabava predstavlja jednu od glavnih funkcija u poslovanju poduzeća i ni jedno poduzeće ne može poslovati bez njezinog djelovanja. Nabava se brine o opskrbi poduzeća, tj. brine se da je poduzeće opskrbljeno svim potrebnim materijalima, opremom i potrebnim uslugama koje su potrebne za razvoj poslovnog sustava. Nabava je vrlo važan segment kada su u pitanju ostvarenje poslovnih ciljeva. Ovaj rad bavi se proučavanjem procesa nabave na primjeru poduzeća Dukat d.d. Dugoročna nabava teži poboljšanju poslovanja, većoj razini produktivnosti i učinkovitosti poduzeća. Uz razvijenu nabavu poduzeće teži ka partnerskim odnosima. Uspješna nabava temelji se na provedenim aktivnostima koje prethode samom postupku nabave koji predstavlja dobro isplaniran proces.

Abstract (english)

Procurement is the process of buying goods and services needed by an organization. It includes everything from identifying suppliers to negotiations to contract management to the final purchase of goods/services. There are three types of procurement - direct, indirect and services. Procurement represents one of the main functions in the company's operations. No company can operate without procurement. Procurement takes care of the supply of the company, i.e. it makes sure that the company is supplied with all the necessary materials, equipment and necessary services that are needed for the development of the business system. Procurement is a very important segment when it comes to achieving business goals. This paper deals with the study of the procurement process on the example of the company Dukat d.d. Long-term procurement tends to improve operations, a higher level of productivity and efficiency of the company. With developed procurement, the company tends towards partnership relations. Successful procurement is based on the activities that precede the procurement process itself. The procurement process itself is a well-planned process.
