Abstract

U radu se analiziraju i prikazuju politike za poticanje zelene industrije u EU i Republici Hrvatskoj s naglaskom na značaj razvoja nove industrijske strategije za Europsku uniju i Republiku Hrvatsku. Obrađena je i tematika strategije niskougljičnog razvoja Europske unije i Republike Hrvatske te su analizirane politike za provođenje zelene industrije u Republici Hrvatskoj koja sve više prati nove niskougljične trendove. U radu sam obradio razvoj zelene industrije proteklih godina i opisao njezin sve veći utjecaj na gospodarstva zemalja i zaštitu okoliša. Također, naglasak je bio i na pregledu Nove industrijske strategije Europske unije, te Strategiji niskougljičnog razvoja koja se odnosi na razdoblje do 2050. godine. Republika Hrvatska ima porazne rezultate (pri samom dnu je) kada se analiziraju indeksi eko-inovacija. Isključivo praćenjem novih smjernica i odrednica Nove industrijske strategije, Republika Hrvatska ima priliku reindustrijalizirati svoje kapacitete i poboljšati rezultate u kontekstu „zelene industrije“.

Abstract (english)

The thesis analyzes and presents the policies for encouraging green industry in the EU and the Republic of Croatia with an emphasis on the importance of developing a new industrial strategy for the European Union and the Republic of Croatia. The theme of the low-carbon development strategy of the European Union and the Republic of Croatia was also discussed, and the policies for the implementation of green industry in the Republic of Croatia, which is increasingly following new low-carbon trends, were analyzed. The paper will discuss the development of the green industry in recent years and describe its increasing impact on the economies of countries and environmental protection. Also, the emphasis was on the review of the New Industrial Strategy of the European Union, and the strategy of low-carbon development that refers to the period until 2050. The Republic of Croatia has disastrous results (it is at the very bottom) when analyzing eco-innovation indices. Only by following the new guidelines and guidelines of the New Industrial Strategy, the Republic of Croatia has the opportunity to reindustrialize its capacities and improve results in the context of „green industry“.
