Abstract

U ovom radu prikazat će se koje su to razlike s kojima se susreću potencijalni porezni obveznici prilikom pokretanja poslovanja. Odluka koju poduzetnik mora donijeti je od velike važnosti jer svaki poslovni oblik ima svoje prednosti i nedostatke odnosno tržišna i zakonska pravila po kojima se treba poslovati.

Abstract (english)

This paper will show the differences that potential taxpayers face when starting a business. The decision that an entrepreneur has to make is of great importance because each business form has its own advantages and disadvantages, i.e. market and legal rules by which business should be conducted.
