Abstract

Predmet istraživanja ovog rada je upravljanje ljudskim resursima u poduzeću koje se
bavi pružanjem logističkih usluga. Kvalitetno upravljanje ljudskim resursima
omogućuje ostvarenje cijeva poduzeća. Istraživanje važnosti i načina upravljanja
ljudskim resursima provedeno je putem intervjua s menadžerom ljudskih resursa u
poduzeću Integralog d.o.o.. Osim na samo vođenje ljudskih resursa, ispitanik daje
osvrt na brigu za kadrove, njihovu motivaciju i sustav nagrađivanja, te je cilj rada
prikazati sve faze upravljanja ljudskim resursima u poduzeću Integralog d.o.o.

Abstract (english)

The subject of this study is human resource management in a logistics services
company. Quality human resources management enables the achievement of
attaining the company. The research of the ways of managing human resources and
its importance was conducted on the basis of an interview with the human resources
manager in the company Integralog Ltd. Besides providing information about the
management of human resources, the respondent also gives an overview of taking
care of the employees, their motivation and reward system. Therefore, the purpose of
this study is to present all the phases of human resource management in the
company Integralog Ltd.
