Abstract

Kroz niz postupaka u cjelokupnom upravljačkom lancu moguće je upravljati kvalitetom
ekoloških proizvoda te ostvariti značajan napredak i dugoročni uspjeh koji će
rezultirati zadovoljstvom potrošača i konkurentnom prednosti. S druge strane, svaki
pojedinac kao značajna komponenta korištenjem ekološki prihvatljivih proizvoda
neposredno doprinosi očuvanju okoliša, zdravlja i prirodnih resursa. U prvom dijelu rada,
prikazati će se upravljanje kvalitetom proizvoda u sklopu operacijskog menadžmenta te
važnost upravljanja kvalitetom ekoloških proizvoda putem raznih metoda i sustava kao što
su TQM, six sigma, ISO standardi i dr. U drugom dijelu rada, napravljeno je empirijsko
istraživanje, a cilj ovog istraživanja bio je ispitati mišljenje potrošača o povezanosti kvalitete
i upravljanja ekoloških proizvoda. Istraživanje je provedeno na 108 ispitanika putem
anketnog upitnika, a uzorak je dobiven slanjem ankete elektroničkim putem preko
društvenih mreža.

Abstract (english)

Through a series of procedures in the entire management chain, it is possible to manage the
quality of ecological products and achieve significant progress and long-term success that
will result in consumer satisfaction and competitive advantage. On the other hand, each
individual as a significant component by using environmentally friendly products directly
contributes to the preservation of the environment, health and natural resources. The first
part of the paper will explain product quality management as part of operational management
and the importance of managing the quality of ecological products through various methods
and systems such as TQM, six sigma, ISO standards, etc. In the second part of the paper,
empirical research was done, and the aim of this research was to examine the opinion of
consumers about the connection between the quality and management of ecological
products. The research was conducted on 108 respondents via a survey questionnaire, and
the sample was obtained by sending the survey electronically via social networks.
