Abstract

Preduvjet za održivi razvoj je uravnotežen razvoj, a sposobnost predviđanja rasta i promjena u strukturi proizvodnje i potrošnje prihvatljiva je u razvoju, pod uvjetom da neće smanjiti ukupnu kvalitetu i dostupnost prirodnih resursa. Cilj je ovog diplomskog rada utvrditi trendove razvoja automobilske industrije, utjecaj i doprinos razvoja automobilske industrije električnih automobila na okoliš te načela i karakteristike postizanja održivosti. U radu će se istražiti utjecaj poduzeća Rimac Automobili d.o.o. na održivi razvoj temeljen na novim tehnologijama proizvodnje. Danas se pitanja zaštite okoliša sve više ugrađuju u brojne poslovne strategije, korištenjem tehnologije koja podržava ekološki prihvatljive pristupe kako bi isti mogli zadovoljiti zahtjeve različitih dionika. Opći stav prema praksi održivosti okoliša u Rimcu pokazuje da je to tvrtka koja se zalaže za ono što se prikazuje kroz njene poslovne aktivnosti. Budući da je tvrtka koristila mogućnosti u e-mobilnosti daje se fokus tvrtke na održivosti okoliša a obzirom da je automobilska industrija teška poslovna industrija, zbog velikog broja okolišnih direktiva Rimac je prilagodio svoj poslovni model prema održivijem okoliša kako bi se održao imidž tvrtke kao ekološki prihvatljive.

Abstract (english)

A prerequisite for sustainable development is balanced development, and the ability to predict growth and changes in the structure of production and consumption is acceptable in development, provided that it does not reduce the overall quality and availability of natural resources. The aim of this thesis is to determine the trends in the development of the automotive industry, the impact and contribution of the development of the electric car industry to the environment, and the principles and characteristics of achieving sustainability. The paper will investigate the influence of Rimac Automobili d.o.o. to sustainable development based on new production technologies. Today, environmental protection issues are increasingly incorporated into numerous business strategies, using technology that supports environmentally friendly approaches in order to meet the demands of various stakeholders. The general attitude towards the practice of environmental sustainability in Rimac shows that it is a company that stands for what is shown through its business activities. Since the company used opportunities in e-mobility, the company's focus is on environmental sustainability, and given that the automotive industry is a difficult business industry, due to a large number of environmental directives, Rimac adapted its business model to a more sustainable environment in order to maintain the company's image as environmentally friendly.
