Abstract
Cilj ovoga rada bio je upoznati se sa specifičnostima nabave u prehrambenoj industriji. Kako bi se osiguralo da se poslovanje pojedinog poduzeća odvija normalnim tijekom, nabava uz prodaju predstavlja jednu od najvažnijih poslovnih funkcija. Proces nabave razlikuje se od poduzeća do poduzeća, no bitno je da se njime na adekvatan način upravlja. Suradnja s dobavljačima predstavlja ključni element nabave u današnje doba. Proizvodnja prehrambenih proizvoda jedna je od glavnih grana industrije u Republici Hrvatskoj. Prehrambeni proizvodi su proizvodi široke potrošnje i njihova uporaba je svakodnevna. Specifičnosti organizacije nabave u prehrambenoj industriji prikazane su na primjeru poduzeća Podravka d.d.
