Abstract

E-trgovina postala je nezaobilazan čimbenik prodaje i kupnje svih roba i usluga. Pomoću alata e-
trgovine moguće je doprijeti do svakog potrošača na tržištu, a jedini uvjet za korištenje e-
trgovine je posjedovanje mobilnog uređaja ili računala te stabilne internetske veze pomoću koje
se prenose podatci. Tržište rabljenih motornih vozila drugačije je nego tržište novih motornih
vozila jer se prilikom prodaje i kupnje rabljenih motornih vozila pojavljuje niz pitanja i problema
s kojima se susreću kupci i prodavatelji. Upravo u činjenici da je predmet trgovine rabljen leži
potencijalna prilika ili neprilika. Zbog kompleksnosti tržišta rabljenih motornih vozila, trgovci,
ali i kupci, primorani su koristiti različite alate elektroničke trgovine kako bi postigli svoje
ciljeve.
Platforme pomoću alata i svojih tražilica povezuju potencijalne kupce i prodavače s ciljem
sklapanja posla kupoprodaje rabljenog motornog vozila. Platforme za oglašavanje i kupoprodaju
rabljenih motornih vozila primarno su mjesto susreta ponude i potražnje na tržištu rabljenih
motornih vozila. Hrvatske platforme su na zadovoljavajućoj razini, ali se još uvijek ne mogu
adekvatno usporediti sa stranim platformama koje posjeduju puno detaljnije tražilice te nude
povezane usluge i niz drugih raznih pogodnosti.
Republika Hrvatska ostvaruje visoke prihode zahvaljujući trgovini rabljenim motornim vozilima
na temelju Posebnog poreza na motorna vozila i naknade koju uvoznici plaćaju Fondu za zaštitu
okoliša i energetsku učinkovitost. Razvojem trgovine rabljenim motornim vozilima razvijaju se i
mnoge druge povezane djelatnosti.
Za potrebe pisanja diplomskog rada provelo se empirijsko istraživanje na temelju ankete.
Zahvaljujući provedenom istraživanju dobiveni su konkretni podaci na temelju kojih se može
spoznati važnost elektroničke trgovine u prodaji rabljenih motornih vozila. Trenutno je najbolja
kombinacija elektroničke i tradicionalne trgovine rabljenim motornim vozilima, no budućnost
zasigurno donosi nove izazove za sudionike tržišta rabljenih motornih vozila.

Abstract (english)

E-commerce has become an unavoidable factor in the sale and purchase of all goods and
services. With the help of e-commerce tools, it is possible to reach every consumer on the
market, and the only condition for using e-commerce is to have a mobile device or a computer
and a stable Internet connection with which data is transmitted. The market for used motor
vehicles is different from the market for new motor vehicles because when selling and buying
used motor vehicles, there are a number of questions and problems faced by buyers and sellers. It
is precisely in the fact that the item of trade is used that a potential opportunity or problem lies.
Due to the complexity of the used motor vehicle market, dealers, as well as buyers, are forced to
use different e-commerce tools to achieve their goals.
Platforms use tools and their search engines to connect potential buyers and sellers with the goal
of concluding a deal for the purchase and sale of a used motor vehicle. Platforms for advertising
and buying and selling used motor vehicles are the primary meeting point for supply and demand
in the used motor vehicle market. Croatian platforms are at a satisfactory level, but they still
cannot be adequately compared with foreign platforms that have much more detailed search
engines and offer related services and a number of other various benefits.
The Republic of Croatia generates high revenues thanks to the trade in used motor vehicles based
on the Special tax on motor vehicles and the fee that importers pay to the Fund for
Environmental Protection and Energy Efficiency. With the development of trade in used motor
vehicles, many other related activities are also developing.
For the purposes of writing the thesis, empirical research was conducted based on a survey.
Thanks to the conducted research, concrete data was obtained on the basis of which the
importance of electronic commerce in the sale of used motor vehicles can be recognized.
Currently, the best combination of electronic and traditional trade in used motor vehicles is, but
the future certainly brings new challenges for the participants of the used motor vehicle market.
