Abstract

Nabava je funkcija i djelatnost poduzeća i drugih poslovnih sustava, koja se brine o opskrbi
materijalima, opremom, uslugama i energijom potrebnima za realizaciju ciljeva poslovnog
sustava.
Operativni proces nabave je skup svih onih aktivnosti koje su potrebne kako bi roba stigla do
poduzeća, a svaki korak je popraćen pripadajućim dokumentom. U ovom radu raščlanili smo i
opisali svaki korak operativnog procesa nabave u poduzeću Metro Cash & Carry. To će nam
pomoći u razumijevanju funkcioniranja samog procesa nabave u jednom velikom poduzeću.

Abstract (english)

Procurement can be viewed as a function or activity and its main role is to equip the company
with products and services that it needs in business. The operational procurement process is a
set of all those activities that are necessary for the goods to reach the company, and each step
is accompanied by a corresponding document. In this paper, we have analyzed and described
each step of the operational procurement process in the company Metro Cash & Carry. It will
help us to understand how the process of procurement is working in a big company.
