Abstract

Ovaj se rad bavi temom utjecaja pandemije COVID-19 na promjene u lancu opskrbe i procesima nabave u veleprodaji građevinskog materijala u doba krize. Radi se o aktualnoj temi jer je pandemija zahvatila i ostavila posljedice na cijeli svijet. Budući da se radi o gospodarskoj grani na koju je COVID-19 pandemija utjecala pozitivno iz razloga što su ljudi imali više vremena zbog rada od kuće i ograničenog kretanja, a neki su samo htjeli uljepšati i nadograditi svoj dom u kojem su tada provodili jako puno vremena. S obzirom na to u ovom se radu daje pregled na promjene u lancu opskrbe i procesima nabave tijekom pandemije koronavirusa, tj. prikazuje se usporedba s predpandemijskih godina s pandemijskim godinama (2020. i 2021.). Iz rada se može zaključiti da većinom bilo pozitivnih posljedica u odnosu na druge grane. Naime, 2020. godina je bila godina u kojoj je zabilježen znaćajan rast potražnje za građevinskim proizvodima.

Abstract (english)

This paper deals with the topic of the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on changes in the supply chain and procurement processes in the wholesale of construction materials in times of crisis. It is a current topic, because the pandemic has affected and left consequences for the whole world. Since this is an economic branch that was affected by the COVID-19 pandemic, due to the fact that people had more time due to working from home and limited movement, some had more time, and some just wanted to beautify and upgrade their home in which they spent a lot of time at that time. Given that this paper provides an overview of changes in the supply chain and procurement processes during the coronavirus pandemic, i.e. a comparison of the pre-pandemic years with the pandemic years (2020 and 2021) is presented.
From the paper, it can be concluded that there were mostly positives compared to other branches. Namely, 2020 was a year in which a significant growth in demand for construction products was recorded.
