Abstract

Koncept cirkulirane ili kružne ekonomije postoje sve rašireniji i upotrebljavaniji u svijetu. Cijeli koncept, koji se formira oko takvog principa ekonomije, se približava mikroekonomiji države, a samim time i globalnoj ekonomiji zahvaljujući tehnologijama, informacijama i promišljenim metodama ekonomičnog poslovanja. Njene metode se zasnivaju na tome da gotovo svaki proizvedeni i iskorišteni proizvod se može ponovno upotrijebiti kao input za neki drugi ili ponovno prerađen u isti s manjom, srednjom ili čak istom kvalitetom. Kružna ekonomija je prepoznata kao alternativa linearnoj ekonomiji. Navedena funkcionira na način da ne koristi resurse tako da proizvodnja stvara proizvode koji će imati maksimalnu vrijednost i koji će se moći ponovno koristiti ili iskoristiti na kraju svog životnog ciklusa. Kružna ekonomija ispravlja nedostatke linearne jer se bazira na tome da pokušava izvući tu maksimalnu vrijednost tokom same uporabe proizvoda, pa zatim oporavljanje i na kraju recikliranje ili regeneriranje proizvoda i materijala. Kružno gospodarstvo predstavlja važan čimbenik za održivi razvoj brojnih ekonomija, predstavlja metode očuvanja resursa, kako bi se ustvari spriječilo stvaranje i gomilanje otpada, postigle financijske uštede te različite koristi ovisno o državi. Rad pobliže pojašnjava temu kružnog gospodarstva, prednosti, mane, trenutačni status teme, kao i pojašnjenja prethodno izglasanih zakona u vezi kružne ekonomije.

Abstract (english)

As the concept of the circular economy becomes more widespread and used throughout the world, it is becoming more and more popular. With the help of technologies, information, and well-thought-out methods of economic operations, the entire concept, which is based on such an economic principle, approaches the macroeconomics of the state and the global economy. It is possible to reprocess almost any product to make another one, with a lower, medium, or even the same quality as the original. The circular economy is recognized as an alternative to the linear economy. Stated, it works in a resource-neutral way so that production creates products that will have maximum value and can be reused or reused at the end of their life cycle. The circular economy corrects the shortcomings of the linear economy because it is based on trying to extract the maximum value during the use of the product itself, and then recovering and finally recycling or regenerating products and materials. The circular economy represents an important factor for the sustainable development of numerous economies and represents methods of resource conservation, to prevent the creation and accumulation of waste, achieve financial savings, and different benefits depending on the country. The work that follows explains in more detail the topic of the circular economy, its advantages, disadvantages, and status of the topic, as well as clarifications of previously passed laws regarding the circular economy.
