Abstract

Farmaceutska industrija u Hrvatskoj ima dugu tradiciju te poduzeća respektabilne povijesti i dostignuća, no današnja slika tog sektora je ipak nešto drugačija. Cilj ovog rada je donijeti određene zaključke o strukturi imovine farmaceutskih poduzeća na temelju financijskih i nefinancijskih podataka te zaključke o utjecaju strukture imovine na aktivnost i profitabilnost poduzeća. U ovom radu su predstavljeni tržišni uvjeti, zakonodavni okvir te su analizirani financijski izvještaji odabranih poduzeća s ciljem analize kretanja poslovanja tijekom određenog perioda i procjene aktivnosti i profitabilnosti poslovanja.

Abstract (english)

With the long tradition and accomplishments, Croatian pharmaceutical industry is nowadays different and heading in different direction than it used to. In this thesis it is intended to audit the assets structure through financial and nonfinancial data and bring to conclusion the impact of the assets structure on activity and profitabilty performance. In the thesis the market conditions, legislative and financial reports have been presented with a goal of analysing the business performance and performance activity and profitability.
