Abstract
Hrvatska narodna banka kao jedna od najbitnijih institucija države, mora vješto upravljati upravljati njenim monetarnim sustavom. Prelaskom na novu valutu moglo bi se misliti kako je sve izgubljeno i da središnja banka države više nema nikakve ovlasti. Cilj ovog rada je dokazati što se stvarno dogodi u takvoj situaciji, te ako se ista radnja odražava općenito loše ili ipak pospješuje njenu ulogu i zadaće.
Abstract (english)
The Croatian National Bank, as one of the most important institutions of the state, must skillfully manage its monetary system. By switching to a new currency, one could think that all is lost and that the country's central bank no longer has any authority. The goal of this paper is to prove what actually happens in such a situation, and if the same action reflects generally badly or improves its role and tasks.
