Abstract

Razvoj tehnologije te sve dinamičnija okolina unutar svih industrija novi su trendovi modernog svijeta. Praćenje razvoja tehnologije i ulaganje u digitalizaciju postavljaju se kao primarni principi nužni za ostvarivanje pozitivnih učinaka poslovanja. Predmet ovog rada je istraživanje doprinosa implementacije alata kontrolinga u brojne organizacijske jedinice unutar zdravstvene industrije. Alati kontrolinga koji se u radu istražuju su Balanced Scorecard model i njegova implementacija u zdravstvu te primjena Big Data i Internet of Things tehnologija sa svrhom poboljšavanja kvalitete zdravstvenih usluga i optimizacije troškova. Kroz rad se nastoji čitatelju naglasiti značajke razvoja kontrolinga i adaptacije zdravstvene industrije potrebama ubrzavanja i poboljšavanja kako administrativnog tako i kliničkog dijela poslovanja kroz primjenu novih tehnologija.

Abstract (english)

The development of technology and the increasingly dynamic environment across all industries are the new trends of the modern world. Keeping up with technological advancements and investing in digitalization are seen as primary principles necessary to achieve positive business outcomes. The subject of this paper is to research the contributions of implementing controlling tools in various organizational units within the healthcare industry. The controlling tools explored in this study are the Balanced Scorecard model and its implementation in healthcare, as well as the application of Big Data and Internet of Things technologies aimed at improving the quality of healthcare services and optimizing costs. The paper aims to emphasize to the reader the characteristics of controlling development and the adaptation of the healthcare industry to the needs of accelerating and improving both the administrative and clinical aspects of operations through the application of new technologies.
