Abstract

Predmet ovog završnog rada je istražiti nužnost ljudskog kadra. Teza rada preispituje neophodnost radne snage u maloprodajnim prodavaonicama. Između ostalog pruža pregled tržišta rada i plaća u Republici Hrvatskoj, kao i analizu razvoja i važnosti maloprodaje. Dva paralelna pitanja ili problema koja se obrađuju u radu je zadovoljstvo kupaca sa kupovnim procesom odnosno moguća rješenja ubrzavanja ili pojednostavljenja procesa kupnje. No s druge strane pitanje radnih mjesta, preopterećenosti s radnim zadacima i naravno generalno zadovoljstvo radnika. Međutim zadatak rada je istražiti prihvaćenost samoposlužnih blagajni i saznati želje i očekivanja potrošača u budućnosti.

Abstract (english)

The subject of paper is to investigate the necessity of human staff. The thesis examines the necessity of labor in retail stores. Among other things, it provides an overview of the labor market and salaries in the Republic of Croatia, as well as an analysis of the development and importance of retail. Two parallel issues or problems that are addressed in the paper are customer satisfaction with the purchase process, as well as, possible solutions to speed up or simplify the purchase process. But on the other hand, the issue of jobs, overloading with work tasks and, of course, the general satisfaction of workers. However, the task of the paper is to investigate the acceptance of self-service cash registers and find out the wishes and expectations of consumers in the future.
