Abstract

Nabava, kao ključan proces velikog broja poduzeća, izrazito je bitna budući da uspješna nabava predstavlja preduvjet uspjeha svakog poduzeća bez obzira na njegovu djelatnost. Stoga je ovaj rad izrazito fokusiran na ključne uvjete koji su potrebni za maksimalnu efikasnost nabave. U radu su analizirani ključni faktori nabave te čimbenici koji utječu na proces nabave sa ciljem povećanja njene efikasnosti i uspješnosti, a posljedično tome i na povećanje profitabilnosti cijelog poduzeća. Provedenim empirijskim istraživanjem istražena je percepcija ljudi o nabavi u Republici Hrvatskoj te o kadrovima koji rade u njoj. Istraženo je prije svega mišljenje ljudi o stručnosti, važnosti i poštenju ljudi koji rade u nabavi u hrvatskim poduzećima i državnoj upravi. U radu je također analizirana suvremena znanstvena i stručna literatura kako bi se moglo na najbolji način razumjeti razmišljanje ljudi kao i njihovi stavovi o stanju korupcije, transparentnosti, etičnosti i drugim elementima u nabavi u Republici Hrvatskoj.

Abstract (english)

Procurement, as a key process for a large number of companies, is extremely important since successful procurement is a precondition for the success of any company, regardless of its activity. Therefore, this work is extremely focused on the key conditions that are necessary for maximum procurement efficiency. The paper analyzes the key procurement factors and the factors that influence the procurement process with the aim of increasing its efficiency and success, and consequently increasing the profitability of the entire company. The conducted empirical research investigated people's perception of procurement in the Republic of Croatia and the personnel working in it. The primary focus of the research was to explore people's opinions on the expertise, importance, and integrity of individuals working in procurement within Croatian companies and government administration. The study also involved an analysis of contemporary scientific and professional literature in order to better understand people's perspectives and their views on the state of corruption, transparency, ethics, and other elements in procurement in the Republic of Croatia.
