Abstract

U ovom diplomskom radu fokus je na važnosti poduzetničkog obrazovanja u Europskoj
uniji, jer uspješno vođenje posla dovodi do širenja i rasta poduzeća koja rezultiraju
stvaranjem novih radnih mjesta te u konačnici i pozitivnim učinkom na gospodarski rast.
Cilj rada je prikazati važnost poduzetničkog obrazovanja te kako ono utječe na poslovanje
poduzetnika, poduzetničko obrazovanje u Europskoj uniji i kako se ono razlikuje od zemlje
do zemlje. Stoga su predmet rada i osnovne i srednje škole te fakulteti i kurikulum.
Slijedom prethodno navedenog u radu je detaljno istraženo poduzetničko obrazovanje u
Europskoj uniji, što predstavlja osnovni cilj ovog diplomskog rada. Važnost obrazovanja
za poduzetništvo široko je prepoznata diljem Europe jer kvalitetno obrazovanje i obuka
predstavljaju ključne elemente za usmjeravanje poduzetničkog načina razmišljanja u
društvu. Posljednjih desetljeća, posebice nakon globalne krize 2008. godine, poduzetništvo
i inovativnost postali su jedan od glavnih pojmova u poslovnim područjima i politikama
javnog razvoja. No, dok Sjedinjene Američke Države, Kanada i druge zemlje diljem
svijeta imaju dugogodišnje iskustvo s poduzetničkim obrazovanjem, programi
poduzetništva u Europi počeli su ulaziti u kurikulum tek krajem 1990-ih, a tek 2018.
godine Europska komisija je izričito povezala poduzetničku kompetenciju sa samosviješću,
etičkim načelima i promišljanjem. Poduzetničko obrazovanje na razini Europske unije
iznimno važno, no i dalje nedovoljno zastupljeno, pogotovo kada se sagledaju formalni
oblici obrazovanja na osnovnoškolskoj i srednjoškolskoj razini

Abstract (english)

In this thesis, the focus is on the importance of entrepreneurial education in the European
Union, because successful business management leads to the expansion and growth of
companies that result in the creation of new jobs and, ultimately, a positive effect on
economic growth. The aim of the paper is to show the importance of entrepreneurial
education and how it affects the business of entrepreneurs, entrepreneurial education in the
European Union and how it differs from country to country. Therefore, the subject of the
work is primary and secondary schools as well as faculties and the curriculum. As a result
of the aforementioned, the paper has investigated entrepreneurial education in the
European Union in detail, which is the main goal of this thesis. The importance of
education for entrepreneurship is widely recognized throughout Europe because quality
education and training are key elements for guiding the entrepreneurial way of thinking in
society. In recent decades, especially after the global crisis of 2008, entrepreneurship and
innovation have become one of the main concepts in business areas and public
development policies. However, while the United States of America, Canada and other
countries around the world have many years of experience with entrepreneurship
education, entrepreneurship programs in Europe began to enter the curriculum only at the
end of the 1990s, and only in 2018 did the European Commission explicitly link
entrepreneurial competence with self-awareness. ethical principles and reflection.
Entrepreneurial education at the level of the European Union is extremely important, but
still insufficiently represented, especially when looking at the formal forms of education at
the elementary and secondary school levels.
