Abstract

Umjetna inteligencija postaje neizbježan dio naše svakodnevnice. Sa sobom nosi brojne inovacije u različitim područjima pa tako i u internetskom i mobilnom bankarstvu. Koristeći tehnike strojnog i dubokog učenja, umjetna inteligencija pokriva širok spektar primjene u internetskom i mobilnom bankarstvu poput analiziranja velikih količina podataka, personalizacije korisničkog iskustva te prepoznavanja prijevari. Time poslovanje banaka postaje konkurentnije, učinkovitije i efikasnije. Krajnji rezultat je smanjenje troškova i rast profitabilnosti, no kako bi to prošlo neometano potrebno je uzeti u obzir moguće rizike kao što su sigurnost, privatnost i etičnost. Kako se umjetna inteligencija može uspješno implementirati u bankarstvo dokazali su Revolut i chatbot Erica. U završnom radu je provedeno istraživanje o stavovima korisnika o umjetnoj inteligenciji u internetskom i mobilnom bankarstvu gdje se vidi njihovo nepovjerenje bez obzira na dob i upućenost o samom pojmu umjetne inteligencije.

Abstract (english)

Artificial intelligence is becoming an inevitable part of our everyday life. It brings with it numerous innovations in different areas, including in internet and mobile banking. Using machine and deep learning techniques, artificial intelligence covers a wide range of applications in online and mobile banking, such as analyzing large amounts of data, personalizing the user experience and recognizing fraud. This makes bank operations more competitive, efficient and effective. The end result is a reduction in costs and an increase in profitability, but in order for this to go smoothly, it is necessary to take into account possible risks such as security, privacy and ethics. Revolut and chatbot Erica proved how artificial intelligence can be successfully implemented in banking. In the paper, research was carried out on users' attitudes about artificial intelligence in internet and mobile banking, where their distrust can be seen regardless of age and familiarity with the very concept of artificial intelligence.
