Abstract

Transformacijsko vodstvo široko je priznat stil vodstva koji naglašava inspiriranje i motiviranje sljedbenika za postizanje iznimne uspješnosti i osobnog rasta. Iako sposobnosti vodstva nisu inherentno rodno specifične, društvene norme i predrasude mogu utjecati na način na koji muški i ženski lideri prakticiraju i pokazuju transformacijsko vodstvo. Ovaj diplomski rad uspoređuje transformacijski stil vođenja muških i ženskih vođa, ispitujući ključne aspekte kao što su inspirativna motivacija, intelektualna stimulacija, individualizirano razmatranje i idealizirani utjecaj. Istražuje potencijalne sličnosti i razlike u tome kako muški i ženski voditelji pristupaju ovim aspektima, priznajući da individualne varijacije postoje unutar svakog spola.

Abstract (english)

Transformational leadership is a widely recognized leadership style that emphasizes inspiring and motivating followers to achieve exceptional performance and personal growth. Although leadership abilities are not inherently gender specific, societal norms and biases can influence the way male and female leaders practice and demonstrate transformational leadership. This thesis compares the transformational leadership style of male and female leaders, examining key aspects such as inspirational motivation, intellectual stimulation, individualized consideration and idealized influence. It explores potential similarities and differences in how male and female leaders approach these aspects, acknowledging that individual variation exists within each gender.
