Abstract

Cilj istraživanja bio je identificirati suštinske promjene u praksama volontiranja unutar udruge "Krijesnica" koje su se dogodile tijekom i nakon globalne pandemije Covid-19. Provedena je temeljita anketa između 68 volontera iz organizacije, što čini respektabilan postotak povratnih odgovora od 68% u odnosu na ukupan broj registriranih volontera, koji iznosi 100. Istraživanje je obuhvatilo analizu zastupljenosti volontera prema spolu, dobi i stručnoj spremi, njihove aktivnosti i iskustva u volontiranju tijekom i nakon pandemije, motivatore volontiranja, izazove, kao i različite metode i oblike volontiranja koje su prakticirali. Anketa je također istražila percepciju i stavove volontera prema volontiranju nakon pandemije, kao i njihovu želju za budućim volontiranjem. Prikupljeni su i kvantitativni podaci o prosječnom broju sati volontiranja tjedno te o novim oblicima volontiranja koji su se razvili tijekom pandemije Covid-19, uz sve prisutne različite načine na koje su volontirali tijekom izazovnog perioda.

Abstract (english)

The goal of the research was to identify essential changes in volunteering practices within the "Krijesnica" association that occurred during and after the global Covid-19 pandemic. A thorough survey was conducted among 68 volunteers from the organization, which accounts for a respectable percentage of return responses of 68% in relation to the total number of registered volunteers, which is 100. The research included an analysis of the representation of volunteers by gender, age and professional training, their activities and experiences in volunteering during and after the pandemic, motivators of volunteering,challenges, as well as different methods and forms of volunteering that they practiced. The survey also explored volunteers' perceptions and attitudes towards volunteering after the pandemic, as well as their desire for future volunteering. Quantitative data were also collected on the average number of hours of volunteering per week and on the new forms of
volunteering that developed during the Covid-19 pandemic, in addition to the various ways in which they volunteered during the challenging period.
