Abstract

After accession to the EU customs procedures are not implemented for the goods which are
imported from the EU to the territory of the Republic of Croatia and vice versa. However, this
only applies to cases where the entering / bringing out refers to goods which have the status of
Community goods, while the obligations of customs procedure or treatment is still carried out
if from the EU to Croatia and vice versa is entering / bringing out a commodity that does not
have the status of Community... More goods . After the date of accession can still be required all
those processes or procedures that are made possible by that date because the customs
regulations of Croatia are largely in line with current EU regulations. This is certainly true for
procedures with economic impact. In these procedures, usage of the old authorization or
approval issued under the regulations of the Republic of Croatia is limited only to some
procedures while for others existed obligation to the customs service of the Republic of
