Abstract

Ovaj diplomski rad istražuje povezanost socijalne dimenzije posla i sreće na poslu, njihove uloge te utjecaj na svakodnevni život zaposlenika. Razvojem dizajna posla još u ranom 20. stoljeću organizacije su uvidjele njegov utjecaj pa tako on danas ima ključnu ulogu budući da predstavlja jedan od čimbenika o kojem ovisi hoće li zaposlenici biti sretni ili nesretni na svom radnom mjestu. Socijalna dimenzija posla, kao komponenta dizajna posla, ima vrlo važan utjecaj na zaposlenike jer im komunikacija i razne interakcije s ostalim zaposlenicima oblikuju doživljaj radne okoline, odnosno omogućavaju da se opuste i zaborave na stres i probleme na poslu. Zaposlenici kroz socijalne interakcije imaju priliku potaknuti vlastitu motivaciju, što se može pozitivno odraziti na njihovu uspješnost, organizacijsku uspješnost, ali i na sreću zaposlenika. Sreća na poslu još je jedan od čimbenika koji imaju bitan utjecaj na zaposlenika te se sastoji od pozitivnih emocija koje povećavaju fleksibilnost, zadovoljstvo i kreativnost. Kako bi se ispitala povezanost socijalne dimenzije posla i sreće na poslu, provedeno je empirijsko istraživanje u kojem je sudjelovalo 145 ispitanika. Istraživanje je pokazalo značajnu i pozitivnu povezanost socijalne dimenzije posla i sreće na poslu te se pokazalo da je većina ispitanika ipak sretna na poslu pri čemu veliku važnost ima velika socijalna podrška nadređenih i ostalih suradnika te primanje povratnih informacija od njih.

Abstract (english)

This thesis presents the relationship between the social dimension of work and happiness at work, their role and impact on the daily life of the employees. With the development of job design in the early 20th century, organizations saw its influence and so today, it plays a key role because it is one of the factors on which depends the happiness or the unhappiness of the employees. The social dimension of work also has a very important impact on employees because communication and various types of interactions with other employees allow them to relax and forget about stress and problems at work, at least for a short period of time. Through social interactions, employees have the opportunity to stimulate their own motivation, which can have a positive impact on their performance, organizational performance, and employee happiness. Happiness at work is another factor that has a significant impact on the employee and consists of positive emotions that increase flexibility, satisfaction and creativity. In order to examine the connection between the social dimension of work and happiness at work, an empirical study was conducted in which 145 respondents participated. The research showed a significant and positive connection between the social dimension of work and happiness at work, and it turned out that the majority of respondents are happy at work and that social support from superiors and other co-workers and receiving feedback from them has a great importance for the respondents.
