Abstract

Robotska procesna automatizacija zauzima sve više prostora u poslovanju poduzeća, osobito onih koja žele biti u korak s vremenom i pratiti trendove. Softverski roboti, kao dio robotske procesne automatizacije, predstavljaju izvrsnog ''suradnika'' u mnogim poslovima koje je moguće automatizirati. Jedna od takvih aktivnosti je i ispravljanje ispita znanja, kao jedna od aktivnosti
vrednovanja znanja studenata. U radu su najprije opisani načini vrednovanja znanja studenata, robotska procesna automatizacija i softverski robot. Kasnije se u radu opisuju funkcionalnosti i način prikupljanja testnih ispita, kao i testiranje softverskog robota za ispravljanje ispita znanja, izrađenog u UiPath Studiu. Nadalje, prikazane su i ankete provedene među studentima o zadovoljstvu procesom ispravljanja pismenih ispita znanja, te anketa među nastavničkim osobljem fakulteta o procesu i automatizacija ispravljanja pismenih ispita znanja. Zaključno su opisani mogući problemi i poboljšanja kod korištenja ovakve vrste robota, te analiza troškova i uštede vremena, što može biti putokaz za korištenje softverskog robota u procesu ispravljanja ispita znanja u budućnosti.

Abstract (english)

Robotic process automation is becoming increasingly prominent in the operations of businesses, especially for companies who are trying to stay current and keep pace with industry trends. Software robots, a component of robotic process automation, serve as valuable "coworkers" in automating various tasks. One such task involves the evaluation of written knowlegde exams, which is a part of assessing students' knowledge. The paper initially outlines methods for evaluating student knowledge, discusses robotic process automation and software robots, and later delves into the functionalities and procedures for collecting test exams. Additionally, it covers the testing of a software robot designed for grading knowledge exams within UiPath Studio. Furthermore, the paper presents surveys conducted among students to show their satisfaction with the process of grading written knowledge exams, as well as surveys among faculty members to gather their perspectives on the grading process and automation. In conclusion, potential challenges and enhancements in the use of such robots are explored, along with an analysis of costs and time savings. This analysis can serve as a guide for the future utilization of software robots in the process of grading knowledge exams.
