Abstract

Proces digitalizacije osiguranja odvija se već nekoliko desetljeća i rezultirao je povećanjem brzine i učinkovitosti pružanja usluga osiguranja, smanjenjem asimetrije informacija i u konačnici kreacijom u potpunosti digitalnih proizvoda osiguranja koji nastaju na krilima tehnoloških inovacija. Motivacija za pisanje ovog rada bila je pojava prvog u potpunosti digitalnog osiguranja u Hrvatskoj koje tržištu još nije ponudilo zdravstveno osiguranje. Ciljevi rada su ispitati budućnost u potpunosti digitalnog proizvoda zdravstvenog osiguranja na hrvatskom tržištu osiguranja, istražiti potencijalne izazove, ali i moguće inovacije. Koncept proizvoda napravljen je u skladu s aktualnom ponudom digitalnih proizvoda zdravstvenog osiguranja na međunarodnim tržištima osiguranja i karakteristika zdravstvenog sustava Republike Hrvatske.

Abstract (english)

The process of digitalization of insurance has been going on for several decades and it has resulted in an increase in the speed and efficiency of the provision of insurance services, a reduction in information asymmetry and ultimately the creation of fully digital insurance products made possible by technological innovations. The motivation for writing this paper was the appearance of the first fully digital insurance in Croatia, which has not yet offered health insurance to the market. The objectives of the paper are to examine the future of a fully digital health insurance product on the Croatian insurance market, explore potential challenges and possible innovations. The product concept was created in accordance with the current offer of digital health insurance products on international insurance markets and the characteristics of the health system of the Republic of Croatia.
