Abstract

Svrha ovog rada je definirati međuovisnost autentičnog vodstva i kreativnosti zaposlenika u organizaciji, kako kroz teorijski tako i kroz istraživački dio. Kroz rad se definira koncept autentičnog vodstva kako bi mogli iskoristiti njegove praktične aspekte na obostranu korist za sebe, svoje zaposlenike i svoju organizaciju. Kroz rad se naglašava važnost autentičnog vodstva u poticanju kreativnosti zaposlenika te uključivanjem zaposlenika u donošenje odluka. Ovaj rad govori o povezanosti između autentičnih vođa i kreativnosti zaposlenika koji bi mogao dovesti do veće predanosti zaposlenika i radnog učinka. Također nastoji odrediti odnos između autentičnih vođa i njihovih zaposlenika te kako podržava i potiče kreativnost zaposlenika na individualnoj i timskoj razini.

Abstract (english)

The purpose of this paper is to define the interdependence of the authentic leadership and the creativity of employees in the organization, both through the theoretical and through the research part. Through the work, the concept of authentic leadership is defined so that they can use its practical aspects to the mutual benefit of themselves, their employees and their organization. The work emphasizes the importance of authentic leadership in encouraging employee creativity and involving employees in decision-making. This paper discusses the connection between authentic leaders and employee creativity that could lead to greater employee commitment and work performance. It also seeks to determine the relationship between authentic leaders and their employees and how they support and encourage employee creativity on an individual and team level.
