Abstract

This undergraduate thesis examines the complex dynamics of the European union’s real estate markets, focusing on market segmentation, competitive dynamics, and strategic positioning. The research highlights the importance of macroeconomic variables, governmental regulations, and competitive tactics for the growth and success of real estate industries across the EU. Comparative analysis reveals how various EU regions adapt differently to economic and regulatory changes, emphasizing localized strategies for policymakers and real estate investors. Case studies of Park Kneževa Branimirova demonstrate the successful integration of sustainability practices and technological advancements. The thesis concludes that understanding local and international economic factors is crucial for stakeholders to navigate the market’s complexities. Future studies should explore the impacts of sustainability and digital transformation on the real estate market to provide valuable insights into its evolution
