Abstract

Sustav upravljanja kvalitetom u tekstilnoj industriji za korisnike jest značajan na više načina. Upravljanje kvalitetom osigurava da tekstil zadovoljava određene standarde trajnosti, udobnosti ili izgleda. Visokokvalitetan tekstil pruža bolju udobnost i estetiku, poboljšavajući cjelokupno korisničko iskustvo. Također, razne prakse upravljanja kvalitetom u tekstilnoj industriji osiguravaju zadovoljavajuće sigurnosne standarde, poput toga da ne sadrže štetne kemikalije i tvari. Korisnici na taj način mogu biti sigurni da je tekstil koji kupuju u potpunosti siguran za korištenje. Visokokvalitetni proizvodi dovode do povećanja zadovoljstva kupaca odnosno korisnika, što dovodi do lojalnosti i pozitivne reputacije marke. Upravljanje kvalitetom osigurava usklađenost tekstilnih proizvoda sa relevantnim propisima i standardima. Usklađenost s propisima korisnicima ulijeva povjerenje u pogledu zakonitosti i etičnosti proizvoda kojeg kupuju. Upravljanje kvalitetom u tekstilnoj industriji nosi ključnu ulogu u osiguravanju da korisnici dobiju sigurne, izdržljive i zadovoljavajuće proizvode, čime pozitivno utječe na njihova iskustva i percepciju tekstilnih marki.

Abstract (english)

The quality management system in the textile industry is significant for users in several ways. Quality management ensures that textiles meet certain standards of durability, comfort or appearance. High-quality textiles provide better comfort and aesthetics, improving the overall user experience. Also, various quality management practices in the textile industry ensure satisfactory safety standards, such as being free of harmful chemicals and substances. In this way, users can be sure that the textiles they buy are completely safe to use. High-quality products lead to increased customer and user satisfaction, which leads to loyalty and positive brand reputation. Quality management ensures compliance of textile products with relevant regulations and standards. Compliance with regulations gives consumers confidence in the legality and ethics of the product they are purchasing. Quality management in the textile industry plays a key role in ensuring that users receive safe, durable and satisfactory products, thereby positively influencing their experiences and perceptions of textile brands.
