Abstract

FinTech predstavlja spoj financijskih usluga i tehnologije za unaprjeđivanje poslovanja putem naprednih tehnoloških rješenja i inovativnih financijskih usluga kao što su mobilna plaćanja, automatizirane investicijske platforme, kriptovalute, online kreditiranja i crowdfunding. FinTech sektor predstavlja inovativnu silu u financijskoj industriji, mijenjajući način na koji poslovni subjekti koriste financijske usluge. S obzirom na važnu ulogu poduzetništva u gospodarskom rastu, važno je razumjeti na koji način financijske inovacije olakšavaju poslovanje. FinTech tehnologija pruža poduzetnicima jednostavniji pristup financijskim uslugama, što je ključno za unaprjeđenje poslovanja. Cilj ovog rada je analizirati FinTech i istražiti njegov utjecaj na poduzetništvo. Korišteni su sekundarni izvori podataka, induktivna i deduktivna metoda, metoda analize i sinteze te deskriptivna metoda. Rad se sastoji od šest poglavlja koja opisuju razvoj FinTech sektora, regulatornu tehnologiju, utjecaj FinTech sektora na poduzetništvo, analizu razvoja FinTech sektora u Republici Hrvatskoj, te zaključak temeljen na provedenom istraživanju.

Abstract (english)

FinTech represents a combination of financial services and technology to improve business through advanced technological solutions and innovative financial services such as mobile payments, automated investment platforms, cryptocurrencies, online lending and crowdfunding. The FinTech sector is an innovative force in the financial industry, changing the way businesses use financial services. Given the important role of entrepreneurship in economic growth, it is important to understand how financial innovation facilitates business. FinTech technology provides entrepreneurs with easier access to financial services, which is crucial for business growth. This thesis goal is to analyze FinTech and investigate its impact on entrepreneurship. Secondary data sources, inductive and deductive method, analysis and synthesis method and descriptive method were used. The work consists of six chapters describing the development of the FinTech sector, regulatory technology, the impact of the FinTech sector on entrepreneurship, the analysis of the development of the FinTech sector in Croatia, the conclusion is based on the conducted research.
