Abstract

Izgradnja autocesta kroz Republiku Hrvatsku jedan je od najvećih i najpotrebnijih projekata države. Danas je skoro cjelokupna prometna infrastruktura autocesta dovršena. Radom su prikazani različiti oblici financiranja izgradnje autocesta, uključujući javna sredstva, javno – privatna sredstva te projektno financiranje. Projekti izgradnje autocesta ne bi bili uspješni bez analiza izvodljivosti projekata, u kojima se vidi hoće li upravo ti projekti imati pozitivan ili negativan učinak na javni dug države. Cilj rad je doprinijeti razumijevanju kompleksnosti financiranja infrastrukturnih projekata i njihovih posljedica na širu ekonomsku sliku Republike Hrvatske.

Abstract (english)

The construction of highways through the Republic of Croatia is one of the largest and most necessary projects of the country. Today, almost the entire traffic infrastructure of highways is completed. This paper presents various forms of highway construction financing, including public funds, public – private funds and project financing. Highway construction projects would not be successful without project feasibility analyses, which show whether these projects will have a positive or negative effect on the state's public debt. The aim of the paper is to contribute to the complexity of financing infrastructure projects and their consequences on the wider economic picture of the Republic of Croatia.
