Abstract

Tema ovog diplomskog rada je „Posebnosti upravljanja ljudskim resursima u trgovinskim poduzećima“. Gospodarska situacija u Hrvatskoj u posljednjih nekoliko godina imala je negativan utjecaj na razvoj radnog okruženje u trgovini. Trgovinski menadžment nastoji ispunjavati operativne zadatke u poduzeću u svrhu poboljšavanja maloprodajne usluge kupcima, budući da je međusobni odnos prodajnog osoblja i kupaca najvažniji faktor u postizanju konkurentske prednosti. Veća povezanost zaposlenika i kupaca utječe na postizanje veće produktivnosti rada. Visoki obrtaj radne snage, slaba mogućnost napredovanja te sve veća potreba za prekovremenim radom uzrokuju nedostatak motivacije zaposlenika za postizanje učinkovitosti poslovanja trgovinskog poduzeća. Osim teorijskog dijela, analizirat će se statistički podaci odabranih posebnosti upravljanja ljudskim resursima u trgovinskim poduzećima za kvalificiranost radne snage, sezonski karakter zapošljavanja i razine plaće. Istraživanje pokazuje da sektor distributivne trgovine obilježava veliki udio nekvalificiranog prodajnog osoblja, da je trgovina gospodarska djelatnost niskih plaća te je prisutna izrazita sezonalnost u Hrvatskoj.

Abstract (english)

The title of this MA thesis is „Specifics of Human Resources Management in trade companies“. Croatian economic situation in the recent years has had a negative impact on the development of the working inviroment in trade business. Trade management tries of fulfil the operational tasks of the company in order to improve retail customer service, since the interrelation between sales staff and customer is the most important factor in achieving competitive advantage. Greater connection between employees and customers impacts higher productivity of labour. High turnover in labour, poor likelihood of advancement and the increasing need of overtime work cause a lack of employee motivation to achieve business efficiency of trade enterprises. In addition to the theoretical part, it will be analyzed the statistical data of the selected particularties of human resources management in trade companies for labour skills, the seasonal nature of employment and wage levels. Research shows that the distributive trade sector is characterized by a large proportion of unqualified sales staff, that the trade is an economic activity of low wages and that we can see a distinctive seasonality in Croatia.
