Abstract

Cilj ovog rada je prikazati situaciju na tržištu rada u Zadarskoj županiji, te ju usporediti
sa situacijom u Republici Hrvatskoj. Osnovne komponente istraživanja su zaposlenost,
nezaposlenost lokalnoj zajednici, ali i
na nacionalnoj razini. U radu su iznesene glavne karakteristike stanovništva zbog njegovog
velikog utjecaja na tržište rada. Rezultati prikazani u radu dobiveni su metodama generalizacije,
analize, sinteze i dedukcije. U radu je napravljena shiftpromjene
u zaposlenosti uzrokovane lokalnim djelovanjem, od onih koje su nastale zbog
mjesta i nezaposlenih izvedena je Beveridge krivulja za Zadarsku županiju i Republiku
Hrvatsku.

Abstract (english)

The purpose of this assignment is to show the situation on the labour market in the
Zadar county and compare it with the situation in Republic of Croatia. The main components
of the researching are employment, unemployment and equlibrium between supply and demand
on labour market in local community and national level. Also, there are extracted main
characteristics of the population because of its big effect on labour market. Data demonstrated
in this thesis are obtained by methods of generalization, analysis, synthesis and deduction. In
this assignement there is made shift-share analysis to resolve changes in employment effected
by local effort from those which are effected by national changes. There is Beveridge curve for
the Zadar county and Republic of Croatia, because of observing compatibility between
vacancies and the number of unemployed people.
