Abstract
Dinamično i konkurentno tržište koje karakterizira sve veći uvoz proizvoda slabije kvalitete, ali i loše nutritivne vrijednosti dovodi do potrebe za suradnjom s lokalnim proizvođačima hrane provjerenog podrijetla. U cijelom procesu distribucije proizvoda važna je suradnja proizvođača i trgovca u opskrbnom lancu. U ovom će se radu istraživati na koji način jedna mala kvartovska prodavaonica dolazi do dobavljača u usporedbi s prodavaonicom Konzum, te na koji način internetski portal omogućava distribuciju proizvoda s domaćih OPG-ova.
Abstract (english)
Dinamic and competitive market characterized big import of products lower quality, but also bad nutritive values, resulting that we need better cooperation with ecological local food producers. This paper analyzes how a little local market store finds suppliers in compare with store Konzum and what kind cooperation is beetwen Internet portal Finoteka and local family farming.
