Abstract

Radom je pružen teorijski prikaz važnosti i kompleksnosti procesa nasljeđivanja obiteljskog poduzeća. Vrijeme je pokretač nasljeđivanja u svakom obiteljskom poduzeću, pri čemu je nasljeđivanje proces svojstven svakoj od tri dimenzije: obitelji, poslovanja i vlasništva. Nasljeđivanje menadžmenta i vodstva, s jedne strane te nasljeđivanje vlasništva nad poduzećem s druge strane, dva su različita procesa. Jedan svoje ishodište ima u poslovnoj dimenziji, a drugi u dimenziji vlasništva nad obiteljskim poduzećem. Međutim, oba se procesa međusobno isprepliću, s tim kako je odlučivanje o nasljeđivanju vlasništva putem određivanja željene vlasničke strukture proces kojim počinju sve aktivnosti oko pitanja nasljeđivanja obiteljskog poduzeća.
Na vrijeme poduzeto planiranje prijenosa menadžmenta i vlasništva na nove generacije nosi jednu od ključnih uloga i predstavlja kritično područje za uspjeh u održavanju i preživljavanju obiteljskih poduzeća.

Abstract (english)

Thesis has provided a theoretical view of the importance and complexity of the process of inheriting family business. Time is the driving force of inheritance in each family business, with the succession process characterized by each of the three dimensions: family, business and ownership. Inheritance of management and leadership, on the one hand and inheritance ownership of the company on the other hand, there are two different processes. One has its origin in the business dimension and the second in dimension of the ownership of the family business. However, both processes are intertwined, with how the decision on inheritance of property by determining the desired ownership structure is a process, which begin all activities around issues of inheriting family business.
At the time taken planning the transfer of management and ownership of the new generation carries a key role and is a critical area for success in the maintenance and survival of family businesses.
