Abstract

Današnja trgovina odvija se na globalnoj razini što zahtjeva prijevoz proizvoda iz mjesta proizvodnje proizvoda do mjesta korištenja proizvoda. Zbog velikih udaljenosti između mjesta ponude i mjesta potražnje za proizvodima javljaju se rizici koji nastaju u procesu transporta, što dovodi do potrebe osiguranja tereta u transportu. Transportno osiguranje je osiguranje od štete, koje osigurava svaki interes (koji se može izraziti u novcu) u pokretnim stvarima na prijevoznom putu od mnoštva opasnosti, a dijeli se na pomorsko, kopneno i zračno osiguranje. Ovaj rad opisuje uloge svih sudionika u osiguranju tereta u transportu, kao i svu potrebnu dokumentaciju koja prati teret. Obrađene su i vrste osiguranja koja se koriste u pojedinim transportnim granama.

Abstract (english)

Today's trade is conducted on a global level, which requires transport of products from the place of production of the product to the place of use of the product. Due to the large distance between the supply and demand of goods occur risks that occur in the process of transport, which leads to the need to ensure the transport of cargo. Transport insurance is insurance against damage, which ensures every interest (which can be expressed in money) in movable assets on its route from the many dangers, and is divided into maritime, land and air insurance. This paper describes the roles of all participants in the insurance of cargo in transit, as well as all the necessary documentation accompanying the cargo and also analyzes types of insurances that are used in certain transport sectors.
