Cilj rada je prikazati poslovnu analizu kao instrument identifikacije poslovne krize kroz primjer poduzeća koje je domaći tržišni lider na rastućem tržištu piletine. U situaciji nesigurnog ekonomskog i političkog okruženja bitno je sagledati cjelokupno poslovanje poduzeća, bez obzira da li ono zaista i jest u krizi, kako bi se postavili temelji za izgradnju budućih uspjeha. Objective of this paper is to show business analysis as an instrument of identification of business crisis through the example of a market leader company in a growing poultry industry.
