Diplomski rad pod naslovom „Analiza zastupljenosti stakeholderskog pristupa“ ima dva cilja: (1) dati prikaz specifičnosti stakeholderskog pristupa poduzeću u korporativnom upravljanju, te (2) empirijskim istraživanjem prikazati percepciju zaposlenika o raširenosti takvog pristupa u stvarnom poduzeću. U teorijskom dijelu rada prikazuje se razvoj vlasničkog i stakeholderskog pristupa poduzeću, pristupi se uspoređuju, te se pobliže iznose specifičnosti teorije stakeholdinga, kao i njegova kritika.... Abstract (english)

The thesis entitled „Presence of a stakeholder approach analysis“ has two objectives: (1) to show features of a stakeholder theory of corporation, and (2) conduct an empirical study on employees perception about presence of a stakeholder approach in a real firm.
