Abstract

Upravljanje projektima smatra se vrlo važnim dijelom suvremenog poslovanja. Upravo o izvedbi projekta ovisi uspjeh poslovne organizacije obzirom kako projekti imaju za cilj promijeniti dotadašnji način poslovanja ili poboljšati krajnju izvedbu poduzeća. Diplomski rad obrađuje područje upravljanja projektima u širem smislu te prikazuje, kroz praktični dio rada, prethodno prikazan teoretski aspekt rada. Turizam se tijekom godina nametnuo kao neizostavni dio ukupne ekonomije te kao takav zahtijeva konstantne inovacije i praćenje tržišta. Većina projekata u turizmu često podrazumijevaju visoke troškove te je vrlo važno kvalitetno upravljati projektom kako bi se što manje generirali negativni rashodi. Diplomski rad prikazuje studiju slučaja specifičnosti životnog ciklusa u hotelskom poduzeću.

Abstract (english)

Project management is considered a very important part of modern business. Precisely on the implementation of the project depends on the success of the business organizations considering how project saim to change every aspect of their business or improve the final performance of the company. Thesis deal swith the area of project management in a broader sense and shows, through practical work, preliminary theoretical aspects of the work. Tourism has over they ears established it self as an indispensable part of the overall economy and as such requires constant innovation and market intelligence. Most of the projects in the tourism industry often involve high cost sand a very important quality to manage the project in order to generate as little negative expense. Thesis shows a case study of the specifics of the life cycle of the hotel company.
